Endermologie is the only medically approved (FDA) , proven, non surgical cellulite treatment. We are very proud to be able to offer this prestigious treatment at Lagoon. The FDA supports the claim that deep mechanical massage with Endermologie “temporarily reduces the circumferential body measurements in cellulite treated areas.” Put simply, in patients who have had Endermologie to treat cellulite, their bodies have lost inches or an obvious “fatty” appearance in the areas treated. However, this effect is not permanent, hence why monthly maintenance is required.

The treatment uses suction and deep tissue massage to forcibly remove toxins trapped in fat cells - the cause of cellulite - and so smooth the appearance of dimpled skin.

Following a thorough consultation, the client is asked to put on an Endermologie body stocking. A motorized device with two adjustable rollers and controlled suction creates a skin-fold. The skin gently folds and unfolds under the continuous action of the rollers allowing for smooth and regulated deep tissue movement. Blood flow and lymphatic drainage increase, eliminating excess fluid and toxins and improving cell function. You can return to work or normal activities immediately after a treatment.

Treatment courses are highly recommended to achieve a very positive result.

You should usually see changes within 5 or 6 sessions, but 14 is the average number of suggested treatments. Monthly maintenance sessions are then suggested afterwards to maintain the results.
